Core Monitoring Thresholds

Valid range: 50-500 meters. Default: 150m How far off the planned route before the system alerts about a deviation.

Valid range: 15-180 minutes. Default: 60 min Alert when a bus with an active trip hasn't reported location for this duration.

Valid range: 2-30 minutes. Default: 10 min Alert if a bus exceeds this time while stopped at a bus stop. Useful for detecting schedule delays.

Valid range: 5-120 minutes. Default: 30 min Alert if a bus is not moving for this duration while on an active trip (but not at a designated stop).

Valid range: 1-6 hours. Default: 2 hours If a journey is still in progress after this time without reaching the end, it will be marked as abandoned.

Valid range: 40-120 km/h. Default: 80 km/h Alert when a bus exceeds this speed limit. System calculates speed from consecutive location pings.
Advanced Configuration

Valid range: 60-600 seconds (1-10 min). Default: 180 sec (3 min) Prevents false alerts from brief GPS blips. Bus must be off-route for this duration before recording a deviation.

Valid range: 20-200 meters. Default: 50m Bus arrival is detected when within this distance of a scheduled bus stop. Tighter = more accurate but may miss stops with GPS drift.
